Paid Media Manager Role
Join our dynamic team and spearhead paid social campaigns that drive results!
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced paid social specialist to join our team and take charge of crafting and executing impactful campaigns for our esteemed clients. As a key member within our paid media team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our paid social strategies and ensuring our clients achieve their marketing goals.
Main Duties
As part of the paid and overall performance team you will:
- Develop, execute, optimise and manage ROI focused social media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
- Input into creative direction to ensure consistency across client campaigns and channels.
- Write compelling social media content, supported by the content team.
- Track and optimise social media performance metrics.
- Produce performance reports (Excel/Google sheets) and monthly presentations to clients (PowerPoint/ Looker Studio).
- Support with social media proposals to generate new business.
- Proactively develop clients ongoing social strategies, budgets and channel mix to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and technologies.
- Provide expert opinion, training and guidance for the overall performance team and broader business.
- Liaise directly with clients or client representatives to bring your work, successes and strategies to life.
Skills / Qualities
We are therefore looking for candidates with the following characteristics:
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with a proven track record of delivering successful, results-driven campaigns.
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple paid social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, including demographics, interests, behaviours, and retargeting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimisation tools to enhance ad performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Passion for paid social advertising and a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies.
- Experience with B2C & B2B, lead generation, and e-commerce clients.
Nice To Haves:
- Experience with Google Ads & Microsoft Ads, running PPC campaigns in alignment with Paid Social.
- Experience using creative tools such as Canva to mock-up or create campaign assets.
