The results from our 2024 client feedback survey are in – and we’re pretty chuffed with them!
HUB’s clients were invited to give their opinions and feedback on HUB’s performance over the last 12 months, including what we do well and things to improve upon.
We’re pleased to say that 100% of respondents would recommend HUB to a friend, and over 70% think there’s nothing that HUB could improve upon. Nada. Nilch!
Clients also love our communication, quality, proactiveness and insight (we’ve included some lovely quotes below).
While we like to think we do a pretty good job, it’s always great to receive positive feedback and constructive suggestions from clients both old and new. It keeps us on our toes and means we’re constantly evolving to meet our clients’ needs.
